My favorite is Downieville. Wet climate with warm dry summers not too cold winters and lush vegetation. I give it an A+

This is much harder than I thought it would be, but probably San Rafael for me - warm enough for oranges, but cold enough for skiing on nearby mountains.

Santa Ana and Eureka look okay as well.

B Grade:
Santa Ana
C Grade:
San Rafael
Sacramento
D Grade:
Paso Robles
Eureka
Dunsmuir
Downieville
Hayfork
Yreka
E Grade:
Truckee
