Never in FL if i had my choice. Traffic is insane and trying to get to a beach is dead locked traffic.

I prefer to have peak in early April, because I like some seasonal lead.

I'd like the peak around mit to late April - early May.

Smaller shrubs and flowers should start blooming and leafing by mid April and most bigger trees leafing in the last few days of April or first week of May.

Spring 2020 has been a mess though. Basically it had a super early start for Estonia's climate. Some flowers were already blooming in the first days of March. The rest of March was pretty average, with some colder days in the last days of the month. April started okay, we had some warm enough days to make some smaller shrubs leaf a bit... but then after Easter spring just killed itself and turned into a second fall. I thought that after the record mild winter we had most trees will be somewhat green by mid-April, but almost everything stayed bare. In the first week of May we got some seasonable weather and that just barely lasted long enough to make most trees leaf. Then it turned very cold again. Many trees kept their leaves small and crinkled and some species, like oaks haven't even leafed yet because of the second cold shot. Very weird and inconsistent spring this year, almost as we have multiple peaks. First peaks was in like early March with flowers, second peak was the first week of May, and now in the last week of May-first week of June we have a third peak for thing that haven't bloomed/leafed yet.

Preferred: April 25th

Usually: May 5th, right in the middle of Spring

This year: May 18th? (we had 75 days of March with 2cm of snow on May 11th, one week of actual spring weather, then fast forwarded into summer)
