Solid B+ in my estimation. Summers are moderated by altitude and the crisp winter nights give a four-seasonal feel to the climate (while still having mild, sunny winter afternoons).
I think the high-altitude parts of the American Southeast constitute the best climatic region in the US outside of coastal SoCal.
A-, pretty nice as far as semi-arid climates go, maximums just slightly too hot in summer.
Interesting that there is some seasonal lead with June recording the highest maximums.
Elevation by the way is higher than any town here, and keeps minimums to an acceptable level year round.

June has highest maximums due to summer monsoon that kicks in about mid july.
I been to Bisbee, only once in early march, really liked it, strange funky old mining town,
with old buildings from back when it was booming (1880's?).
Nice cool summers too.... at least by Arizona standards.
Summers are too hot and wet, winters seem a bit cool - don't like that. I like the overall dryness/desert feel.
What's with the wetter summers? Thought Arizona was Mediterranean influenced.
