Situated on the French coast, this island (ÃŽle d'Ouessant in French) features a relatively mild, although extremely windy climate year round. Sun hours are not on the chart but they are very low in winter and discrete in summer. I rate it an E, as even though there are worst climates existing I don't find anything pleasant in this one, the wind making it very hard to feel the warmth of the sun even in summer. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ushant#Climate

Ew no thanks. I don't care that the average Jan low is like 10 degrees warmer than Atlanta's. That's a trash climate. I'm sure it's very windy.

It is indeed very windy. The island is known for its wind and on internet you can find many pictures/videos of it. Temperature-wise it looks mild, but the wind is extremely strong almost every day of the year, and the mild-looking January temperature of 8,3 degrees C is definitely not pleasant when you are there. Also, the harshness of the winds makes it very hard for vegetation to develop.

I give it an E+ , the plus is just for the fact that september/october are kinda warm comparatively and you could grow palmtrees.
But overall bad climate. Summers too cool and windy. I mean the whole climate is basically just Fall year-round.

Wind is my least favorite climate feature, it pretty much just makes everything worse.
19C without wind? pleasant mild warmth. 19C with wind? feels kinda cold. 10C without wind? a pretty nice mild temperature for winter. 10C with wind and clouds? feels downright clammy and the chill gets through to your bones.
