Similar to Sydney, but drier and sunnier.

Humidity without rain or clouds isn't good. But, at least it's less hot than most of Csa. So, D+.

Garbage. Any frost-free climate is an automatic failure.

I'll give this an E since I reserve F for tropical climates.

My thinking is the opposite, any frost-prone climate can't be scored highly on my scale. Truly excellent climates for me must have average highs at least in the mid 20s C in the coolest month, average lows at least in the mid teens C and annual minimums above about 7C.

Cadiz is not bad, B-, maybe C+. Winter is rather cool and summer rather dry.

I'd double check the climate stats on any Spanish climate box on Wikipedia

Somebody from this forum (I dont know who) puts climate.data.org on wikipedia and sadly wikipedia accepts "climate.data.org" as the source.

I argued with a mod or something on wikipedia about it.
