It's not my town, but yesterday was a cold day here in the Iberian peninsula because of an upper-level trough, which was quite strong and even unprecedented for years in late August.
Here are some of the coldest spots for yesterday 31 August in some mountanious spots located inland in central and northern Spain whcih are usually prone to temperature inversions during nightime. From left to rigth there is the name of such cold spot, the altitude above sea level in metres and the temperature in ºC. All of them were measured with weather stations by weather enthusiast that have been engaged and working for searching such coldest spots for years:
