Mauna Kea on Hawaii, 13,800 ft. Drove up there years ago.

Highest I've hiked at as an adult was Sulfur Mountain in Banff at 8,000 ft.

As a kid we went camping high in Yosemite park. My dad got pulmonary edema during the night so we
had to get up and bail out suddenly.

Over 7000 feet in the Sierra Nevadas. Maybe more, but I have to ask since I was really young when I was there.

Pike's Peak. Rode up with other motorcyclists.
Had some lady ask if I rode all the way up. I told her, "I sure as Hell didn't hike up this piece of granite!"
