There are a lot more continental microclimates in the Andes I would think... some places in the southern Andes have even seen -40ºC.

What about Valle Hermoso, also in Mendoza Province and near Las Leñas ski resort? It's like an improved version of Puente del Inca. A bit more seasonable and way more wetter/snowier.

From the list I vote for Maquinchao, not that I like it, but it's the closest to continental out of those four. It's only 0.5ºC shy of my threshold of 18ºC year range for continental climates.
