Rate the 'heart of summer' of: Metz, Moselle (France)

I mean, by 'heart of summer', only July and August, and especially regarding the temperatures.

I'm also adding the most recent summers, for you to make your own rating: as, indeed, we recently had 6 summers in a row that were especially warmer than our normal long-term average! A thing that should have normally rather been exceptional otherwise, outside of a Global Man-Made Climate Change! In fact, such summers have appeared once every four years (roughly), in the past, during the 1970's, 1980's and 1990's... Such summers have become increasingly more frequent since the 2000's and most especially during the past decade 2011-2020 (8 or 9 summers out of 10 were really *that* warm)...

I'm adding, as well, the worst series of consecutive bad summers, that were 1979, 1980 and 1981.

The temperatures are pretty nice but more like May or September weather around here. Anyway, I can’t rate the summers without the precipitation data. Need those dry summers

a solid C bordering on B. Ideally I want summers to be a little bit warmer, but really, the warmer summers are quite nice, especially July 2018 and August 2020 which are almost ideal.
