The season of summer northwesterly wind (Al-Bawarih) started in my area since Wednesday 26th May and will continue till the beginning of July. The high temperatures started increasing to above 45°C (113°F) and humidity and dew point is getting very low. In this season we get our lowest humidity of the year. Due to winter drought this year the temperatures are higher than the average May high temp of 41.1°C.

Too hot. Need to be very proactive about maintaining electrolyte balance, but at least it is interesting weather. Parents used to live in similarly extreme climate. I would not willingly approach within 1000 miles of such a place.

Currently living in Qatar. The average May temperature I mentioned is not for Doha city as it's located at the coast which gives it a bit lower temperature.
