Winters are too cold and dry for my taste also summers aren’t really very summer like IMHO. This climate gets a D+ in my book because of those two reasons.

I'd give it a C+. Summers are a bit too cool, but winters don't look too bad (probably not much snow). Kind of looks like Vancouver with the precipitation pattern reversed.

I honestly believe that the worst things about this climate are the excess humidity but rain doesn't bother me much tbh. I love the mild temperatures and a bit of cold in the winter as well. Very good climate indeed!

I rated it only a B because of the constant clouds, which makes it cool and damp even during summer. The actual place is impoverished and the drug trade is a huge problem because of its location near the Golden Triangle.
