What type of climate would you classify this as? Under Köppen or any other system.

Seems similar to Hong Kong, but not realistic as with those Averages, record lows would be 20°F warmer than that

It's Cfa (humid subtropical) but borders very close to Aw (tropical savanna). It looks like Tampa with wetter winters.

Those Daily Mean temps look off.

This looks like a borderline-tropical humid subtropical climate with rather evenly distributed precipitation.

It's Köppen Cfa, but close to the Cfa/Am/Af tripoint as not only is it only a little too cool in the coolest month to qualify as Am, it's only 4mm short of being Af in the driest month.
