Nope, Las Vegas has had 0.85 inches of rain for 2021 so far
They must be in a dry spell as well. Already had 9" + in parts of FL in a few days time in the same places over and over 30 miles east of me and not a drop at my house. This is the new norm for my lifetime as the west coast will never see normal again in the summer with a non stop west flow. I would hate living in LV as it has even more boring weather than i do and hotter.

Their average rainfall for the YTD is 2.09 inches, so they're at a 1.24 inch deficit currently or at 41% of their avg rainfall YTD
This would be the pattern hot temperature lovers in the Midwest would want to see
Possible cool down in the 10-15 day range? Don't know maybe a temporary cool down.
Euro keeps the jet stream way far north through July and that would keep any major rain north as well
Could be looking at a drought summer for the Central US. Not good for farmers. Soil moistures are awfully dry in large swaths of the Midwest. That could turn into a summer feedback loop.

My forcecast is looking hot. 93 today according to NWS. Straight 90’s and stumper humid for the next 5 days.
