Pretty nice and pleasant for China's standards. Though still a C+ as it's a bit too cloudy and wet in the monsoon season.

Solid B. Sunshine is OK and winters could be warmer but all and all a pretty solid climate.

Pretty typical D climate.

Maybe a D+ if there are decent thunderstorms but I'm not optimistic on that.

Only because of the elevation...more than 1300 m/4000 ft

The lower elevations have some of the warmest winters for the latitude. Especially impressive considering the landlocked location
