Amsterdam is a better climate IMHO for being wetter than Emoka.

Not the OP, but I think it is (at least, I couldn't find it anywhere on Google). If it were a real place, I would guess it would be somewhere around North Macedonia. The combination of cool, moist winters and hot, dry summers reminds me strongly of Skopje.
