I would make winters in the deep south more stable and warmer, sorta like Orlando

I would want my real winters back we had in the 1980's with lows of 19f to 24f and at least 2 hurricanes a year. I have not had a real hurricane ever in my part of FL since 1921. I would bring back my normal summertime pattern with a east flow.
