Normally, we'd get another 7-8" for Feb 10-28, and 11.5" for March-April. We might get 1-2" in mid-February, since temperatures will be cold enough for snow (mostly 10s-20s), but there's no major system forecast to reach us, so it looks like we'll continue to fall behind relative to the normal.

Jan: 49cm (19")
Feb: 11cm (4.5")

Got a bit more snow, but still behind normal to date. There's still some lake effect bands coming in, after tomorrow, that might be it for February.

We're falling further behind normal to date. We'd normally get another 9" in March, but I'm not sure how that's gonna go because the forecast for March seems pretty warm...

Anchorage is now at 119.1 and expecting 7-15 inches in the next 24 hours or so. They will almost certainly break their record for snowiest season ever this year.

Juneau is expecting 3-6 inches in the next 24 hours. We will almost certainly NOT break the seasonal record here, but could top Anchorage this season when all is said and done because this location typically receives so much more precipitation than they do.

There was by all accounts a pretty heavy snowfall in Edmonton yesterday. Enough snow to finally push Edmonton ahead of Vancouver for the season.

Of course, ECCC can't even be bothered to record snowfall in Winnipeg so they're stuck at zero. Good thing the feds declared a climate emergency.
