Honolulu has good weather. I live on Kauai, and it has much more rain than the other islands. However, Honolulu, and Maui too, are both nice and warm. Humidity can heighten in the summer, but with the trade winds blowing it is never too bad. In the winter, sometimes it is only in the low 70s but the trades make it feel even cooler. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing a ton of vog from the Big Island, which is really negatively effecting the weather.

best weather in the world to my opinion is besides San Diego: Perth, followed by Santiago de Chile and Faro in Southern Portugal. They all have warm (not too hot) summer days and cool (not too cold) winter days, with enough rainfall (not too much). The clearest skies of those is probably Perth, so I would choose that one is number 1.

Buenos Aires, Sydney, Cape Town and Malaga would be comparable to San Diego.

Casablanca, Morocco has a very similar climate to San Diego, but very slightly colder winters and warmer summers. Same dry Meditterean precipitation pattern, too.

Sydney's temperatures are about the same as San Diego's but is much wetter (and probably cloudier) than San Diego. Probably not too many other places with San Diego.

Canary Islands. Winters around 21C/70F, summers around 26C/79F, fewer than 10 days per year with precipitation in the dry areas, low humidity, and a light breeze. If the humidity was higher it would be perfect.
