A couple weeks ago it was looking like Spring was going to start off cold. Now it looks like spring may open with a torch in the Central/Eastern US if the current Euro is correct

Torch and flood is the new norm as the planet super heats. Any and all reports of 'cold anomalies' are either completely fabricated or overplayed- usually accomplished by plotting said 'anomalies' against a 1991 to 2020 baseline. No, China did NOT have 'record cold' this winter. Anything reported by Electroverse.info or similar, can safely be chucked into the bin (bonus points if the bloggers ask for a Patreon subscription).

It's time to ditch the politics and accept the science.

Well the latest NMME is showing a warmer than normal Spring for most but not dramatically for most. May looks to be more anomalous than March or April.
