I'd say B it's summers are very good, albeit slightly mild and the winters are quite cold but that's ok i guess, At least it has 4 distinctive seasons which is good

I can't really tell but is it supposed to be a 4 season climate?

A pity it's not in nice simple Celsius, that would make rating it so much easier.

Nah. I’m not about to be OK with that winter.

The summer is quite pleasant though, if even a teeny bit cool.
