After years of throrough academic studies and analyzing tons of data, I've found out that 27C is the perfect average high. Period.
Based on what?
You'd love a regular July day in Nice then.
Based on personal experience, a perfect average high would be 30°C for me (year-round), but I'd like it to be a little hotter in summer (around 32°C) with some occasional 35°C days thrown in for the "variety factor"
Probably his/her own physiology. 27C is too hot for my taste; 16C is much nicer. My ideal summer high is around 65F, or 18C. That's a high enough temperature to get a feeling of real warmth but not high enough to be uncomfortable or hot.

Based on my preferences. It was a joke. Summer highs in Nice are perfect, but the nights are a bit too warm. Actually been there as a kid. It was late May, and astonishingly the temps were 10C higher in Finland during that time.
