For winter it'd be close. I hate my "winter" but yours would be so ****ing depressing!!!

Except that it's not 4c and cloudy all the time dear.

And if you live above 300m it's semi-permanent snow.

N.I never gets cold or hot, just boring cloudy, mild & damp year round. The least snowy part of the UK. Parts of southern England get more snow than N.I...

At least you may see some snow when you go to England, as well as some nice warm weather too
