I can't imagine how people in Scandinavian counties live. I am in Copenhagen and today (July 26) was so windy and only 15C, so it felt like it was 5C. This seems to be the norm according to the forecast and the past data. This weather is depressing. I am glad I don't have to deal with this.
Well you can't judge the climate of a place from being there a few days. I'm sure Seattle gets some gloomy days in the high 50s sometimes in summer also.
Never in the 50s during the day. 64-66 with absolutely no wind is possible and it doesn't last for more than 2-3 days and you can still go outside with shorts and a t-shirt. It's the wind that makes it feel much colder than what the thermometer is saying. 15C is not cold, but here in Denmark, it feels like 5C.
Oh, wow. The 86 F highs caught me slightly off-guard.
