Only thing I like about this forecast is the easterly winds. Ocean water temps are in the upper 70'sF with great beach days. No tstorms though as they have been few and far between this summer.

How common is it be for a long range forecast to be that stable in a shoulder season in Chicago? It usually gets more variable the closer it gets, but still, it seems Nice-esque.

Not often which is why I am not sold on TWC's 15 day forecast. In fact big battle between GFS and Euro

It's about 20c throughout that week. The average high on the 1st October is 18c.
