Perth Forecast

For an average forecast (20-21˚C late May) it's pretty good. Bits of wind and calm, sun and more cloud, storms and showers. 2 chances of storms, want both but will probably only get Saturday. We could get 30mm at most in the next week. At worst, about 11mm, still not too bad but I'm hoping for a really cold May and June still. Kind of getting the cold May and just want a really cold June. Also i went to the beach yesterday, SSTs were 20˚C, fine once you were in the water but still cold, shivering after 30 minutes. Swell was great 2-3ft from the back and 4-5m from the front. For a late May forecast I'd give it B.

Anytime you see a E/ENE/NE/NNE wind direction, I'm going to usually be 2C+ warmer than MDW

Yesterday was a prime example of strong lake cooling

About time for some decent late spring temps.

Here is ORD's forecast..... Finally some warm weather again. Maybe 28-29C by early next week?

Will this be enough to bring May out the negative anomaly?

^^Nice temp in Szczecin

This bl**** outbreak of polar air straight at us from the Greenland Sea has lasted long enough. I'm **** tired of these April temps in mid-May, 8 days in a row now with temps 3-6°C below avg. Coldest constitution day in 50 years yesterday! Only the closeness of the sea/ fjord has saved us from overnight freeze these days.
Finally this Arctic air will be blown away from friday.

Far north: Seems WO has serious problems with sunhours when polar day starts:

^^On Saturday the Sun will somehow defy physics and turn into a black hole, it seems!

Average temps here, and I'm guessing WO underestimating the sunshine hours again.
