Lucky you. For me it's been downgrade after downgrade during this whole season.

A slight downgrade from the initial forecast, but I'm definitely not complaining, it's still above average. And especially after this terrible week 20C sounds very good.

At least better than this xaxaxa:

Yes, it's quite bad. May is supposed to be our sunniest month of the year, but once again it's turning out to be a real party pooper. When's the last time we had a May with average sunshine? Who knows! Every single city I look at on weatheronline has a better forecast than we do, from Barcelona to Borlänge and all points in between.

Oh well, onward to summer. Things can only get better, right?

Ugh, who am I kidding. Our summers are getting worse and that's the reality of it. Off to slit my wrists. Please bring back 1989-2006 summers.

May has been quite variable, but those Northern England temps are quite disappointing for the time of the year. Leeds Bradford has been quite cool so far, though I know it's not a good representant for the region as a whole.

Gothenburg is quite warm, but they will not see much sun either:

May was going fine. If things continued as they were we'd have ended up with around 220 hours of sun for the month. The weather has turned to crap over the past few days.

Even Kiruna has a higher temp than us in the forecast. But has -0.2 hours of sun. Okay then.

I generally don't mind the climate here, but it's situations like this that annoy me, when most other places have warm sunshine and we don't, even places that are not different to here climate-wise (like the Netherlands and western Germany, warmer in summer but sunshine hours are about the same so these massive contrasts don't make sense).
