It's about time you had a normal or below average summer though, after your run of well above normal summers.

That's fine as long as it stays sunny, dry and not much below 72. Normal Julys have 10 days over 80F. This July has had 0 so far (at the airport). We had 16 days total in April, May and June.

My first year in western WA...I'll gladly take the current weather over the hot humid weather in the northeast (where I came from) lol.

Olympia has had 18 days over 80 this year, 58 last year, 49 days in 2014 and 40 in 2013. So you get warmer highs and cooler lows in summer.

Not bad, some warm days ahead in Trondheim


Steinkjer at the head (innermost part) of Trondheimsfjord is slightly less oceanic and might reach 30C
