Actually, somewhere in North West England may have reached 30C, but I'm not sure. Seems to be similar in the East Midlands with many places getting close to 30C but never quite getting there. Probably because of those easterly winds off the cool North Sea.

But I wouldn't let that bother you - that place in Scotland will have seen a one day spike of hot weather before cooling off, whereas I'm sure you've been much warmer over the entire month.
yeah at least we are in mid 20's still and they are much cooler now, it reached 26c today

Not really.

It was 24c today and 25c yesterday.

It did - it reached 30C in Fife.
And when was this. I do not recall that.

Either way Scotland was not really that warm. It was only warm for like 2 days last week.
