Also, if you're curious how much a warm November = a warm winter I could run through the numbers. I went through them for a local station:

My January was about 6°F above average, December 7°F; dunno what February will be, so far we're running about 6-7°F above average as well. For the Jan-Feb that were 6°F above average, 5/6 Marches were above average, and the majority were well above average, though only one was really high (5°F).

Tuesday: A 20 percent chance of light rain. Mostly cloudy, with a temperature falling to around 39 by 5pm. Breezy, with a north wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 28. North northeast wind 10 to 15 mph.
Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 45. Northeast wind 5 to 10 mph.
Wednesday: Night Clear, with a low around 27. North northeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 52.
Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 32
Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 57
Friday Night: A 20 percent chance of rain. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 42
Saturday: A 30 percent chance of rain. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 63.
I would worry if I were you. I live in a colder climate and have to worry about not getting winter some years. Though actually one of our warmest winters on record were close to an average Northern Ireland winter. Your winters are like a cold autumn.
