I won't be surprised if I get that in Buxton of course, quite normal in fact in 2nd half of November (or it certainly used to be).... but all these people in the south and south midlands where it's 3°C warmer than here are usually kidding themselves and get waaaaay to over excited.... they'd have more luck living in Seattle if they want snow for goodness sake.
If this really happened, this November would have had more than 250 mm of precipitation, which would make it by far the wettest month since 1985, and probably even further.
