I dont´t know. Reading his posts in the forum -is there overall a cold which is cold enough for Hiromant? He wants always as cold as possible as you know well. At least in the internet he permanently talks so. August is an autumn for him and in October starts (or certainly should start, he knows) the winter-that is the tonality of that poster.
How are things in reality with those wiseacre cold admirers in real life? Already pretty many years I for instance go for swimming in late autumn/ winter and in open air. I do it when the temperatuures are barely above zero, kinda 2-3c have been the coldest, the water is circa 2-3 degrees of celsius. I have bathed in all months, in the last winter for instance my last bathing was at the beginning of January, the first one in spring was at the end of March, of course I have trained a bit myself. I have not gone for swimming with below zero temps, though. So, i actually i think do have a tiny cold temps experience and I can tell that the beaches in Estonia in those times in November,January, March are empty and that´s quite a logical as human beings are out of Africa, not out of Antarctica as you know. So no one swims in late november and thus not that many hiromants there in water either. Thus I have a reason to believe that climatological extremism is mostly an internet phenomenon.
