They gotten 18" by November 20th and snow depth was zero few days later.
They got 9.3" December 14th and snow depth was 0 few days later

Click the F6 data and you can see their reported snow depth at 7am each day. And snow totals.
I have no idea what happened to the areas outside the city that had 3-7 feet if they have any around still
