From my experience I'd say Portsmouth. I've seen dew points between 70 and 72F a handful times this summer in Yeovilton though. I think that's about as humid as it gets in the UK.

Hopefully nobody minds me bumping this thread up, I just find it interesting.

Towns in the NW of Scotland are probably very humid on average with all that overcast weather and incessant rain/drizzle.

Most places in Finland are equally humid, ranging from 79% to 83% annually.

In terms of relative humidity, Northern Ireland, Scotland (like dunno said), have high humidity. Dew points are rarely as high there though, although I think they occasionally see the odd 20C dp.

In terms of high dewpoints in summer, the Upper Rhine Rift might be a good candidate, also the Lower Rhine Valley around the towns of Düsseldorf and Köln (Cologne).

Only during the summer though, and possibly autumn (not 100%).

Windsor is almost certainly the most humid in terms of high dew points and intense, prolonged summer humidity. However as far as year round relative humidity goes I'd be willing to bet the most humid place would most likely be somewhere on the BC coast, probably some place like Prince Rupert or Tofino that gets a ridiculous amount of rain all year long.

Broome? I think not as it's very arid influenced.

Darwin or Cairns are the most humid. But most of all, the north eastern Queensland towns.
