Hot limit: 115F dry heat, 105 humid with heat index 125-130F (experienced both)
Cold limit: -25F, wind chill -55F (experienced both)

I think anything beyond those extremes is just overkill

Hot both mental and physical - about 80 F, depending on humidity. Closer to 75 F if it's humid.

Cold - if not accompanied by wind and precipitation, about zero or even minus.

If I'm distressed by the cold, I simply haven't dressed well enough for it! And that is easily enough remedied.
But when it gets hot and humid, I am physically and mentally miserable. However my line of work sometimes requires working in very hot temperatures, so I just suck it up and work.

Hot:
mental - no limit
physical - the highest temp I have experienced so far was 108 in the Mojave. I loved it. So I don't know my limit yet

Cold:
mental - 50 F/ 10 C
Physical - (if I HAVE TO) 15 F/ -12C
