It's the fourth Thursday of November. I can go either way a high of 20F or 20C. As long as it's not 5-10C which is a "limbo" temperature range. Unfortunately "limbo" is exactly where it usually is here.
But we can have large swings too.

20C, more comfortable and more realistic, as with the Xmas option.
