We got enough rain yesterday for several days. Our homemade guage had two inches, but I'm sure some splattered out. It rained so hard, I couldn't see anything through the window. I walked through the yard to get the mail afterwards and squished with every step. I''m just glad I didn't have to drive in it.
Sounds like us. Our area has supposedly gotten 8-10 inches in the last 4-5 days and it is still raining in spurts!
Last time it rained (to the point of being measured in a RG) was on September 8th. Had a period of drizzle around midday today which just wet the ground.
