Snow in your city: month-by-month (climate, snow storm, warm, record)

What is snow cover / snowfall like month-to-month in your city?

Just outside of Duluth:

July: No snow
August: No snow
September: Snow possible, but extremely rare. I faintly remember the 2.8" that fell in 1991 (I was 4 years old).
October: Average first measurable snowfall is on the 27th, but for the most part the snow melts quickly or does not stay on the ground long enough to accumulate. However, major snowstorms are possible, e.g. the "Megastorm" on Halloween and November 1st in 1991.
November: Snow common, but often melts (at least in recent years). Duluth's one-day snowfall record of 24.1" was set on November 1st, 1991.
December: Generally consistent, uninterrupted snow cover begins at the end of November or beginning of December. Snow storms common.
January: Consistent snow cover, depths often exceeding 12", on occasion 24". Snow storms common, but also deep freezes (low temperatures -25 and below, high temperatures -5 and below) which tend to accompany clear weather.
February: Consistent snow cover, depths often exceeding 12", on occasion 24". Snow storms common.
March: Generally consistent snow cover, though in warmer years it may melt to nothing by mid-month. Snow storms common.
April: Snow cover usually ends early in the month. Snow storms later in the month common, but they usually melt quickly too.
May: Snow fairly, but not extremely rare. Generally melts quickly.
June: No snow, but freezing temps possible.
