Same thing for us. Highs have been sitting over us and humidity has been very low. When cold fronts come around...there is'nt enough moisture for rain to fall. Today we were suppose to have 5o% chance of rain but, not a single drop has fallen from the sky.

The Drought has been absolutely terrible in the San Antonio-Austin area. I can go on and on listing the impacts here, which I'll do in later time in this thread. But here's a better map outlining the drought in Texas:
