alex985: A freeze in October? That's way too early, I feel for those who have to put up with such temps.

You're right - I'd never say that, or even think that for that matter. Well, maybe I would if we were approaching July, but I doubt it .

If Indian Summer, as such, peaked at 60F rather than 75-90F it might be nice, but in the real world, I would never say that.

If there is a temperature that would prompt me to say that, I have yet to feel it.

Believe it or not, I consider Singapore to be a very interesting city; the worst aspect of it is the horrid climate.

I'd never say any of that, to be sure.

I'd never say any of that, either.

Labrador is one of my favorite regions on the planet for good and interesting weather, and I usually heap praise on it. Nice catch.

If I were to take a vacation to somewhere warmer, I think I'm closer to the desert type than the Bangkok type. Ironically, I do get away from time to time in the winter, but it's almost always to places with harsher weather, because I usually mix vacationing with snow chasing. After all, if I'm in the mood for a getaway and there's a big snowstorm somewhere in the region but well away from home, why not combine the two?

Patricius Maximus: Deep down, I know Vostok is uninhabitable and cannot sustain a permanent population, which is why I pick London.

They are hard, which is why I like them . Anything interesting starts out hard.

Now, I have got a game to watch. Broncos Vs KC. Pats have to face the Broncos next week and I need to analyze the success rate of Brady and his militia against the new manning offense which is a byproduct of patriot success (THANKS TO WELKER ).
