Our average monthly high is 4 C (39 F) but we recorded a monthly average high of 5.8 C (43 F?)
We had easily 25% more sunshine than average; 200+ hours perhaps?
1 cm of snow the entire month. (avg. is 6 cm)

Max temp. 19 C ?
Max low temp. 10 C?

Min low. -13 C?
Min high temp. -4 C?

For Sydney, Australia.

First two weeks nice with lots of cloudy days with some days of rain. Not so nice during the final two (Except last 2 days) with too much sun, very little rain (Showers actually), too humid and above average minimums .

The mean minimum of 18.9oC was 1.4oC above average with 10 nights failing to drop below 20oC

The mean maximum of 25.4oC was 0.7oC above the mean. Ridiculous indeed

Rainfall highlights: Heavy rain set in during the afternoon of Sunday 8th March which was totally unexpected but very pleasant and continued throughout to the early hours of the next day (9th). City had 36mm, airport 16mm, Rose Bay 51mm and some North Shore suburbs getting up to 120mm.

Severe thunderstorm on Saturday 14th March dumped torrential rain with lightning and gale wind squalls, 17mm for the city and 25mm at airport. Lots of flash flooding around with my garden being flooded and the footpaths turned into mini raging creeks
