I'm happy with 10° above average we're having right now, and that can continue for the next 3 months, too!

Of course, once summer arrives I definitely do not want above average, no 90's for me, thank you very much!

It's 81 I would like it to be 21 or 31 with cloudy skies and flurries blowing in the wind

Labrador perhaps?
You won't even find that here; our average is 44 F and we've been slightly above this month.

Do you like it when summer arrives early and/or stays late?
Say above-average until late May, then seasonal Jun-Aug, and again above average after Labour Day?
Once in a blue-moon it feels like that in Toronto.

Haha yeah probably Labrador , actually anything below 55 would be good for me right now, so anywhere north of say, Tennessee
