Depends on what you consider "warm."
Much of the northern/central Caribbean experiences daytime highs from 80-84 F even when it's sunny.
Jamaica on the other hand, you'll rarely see any winter days under 85 F, near sea level.

-I've seen on cloudier days it might briefly hit 80 F, (27 C)

-spend the majority of the day above 75 F, (24 C)
*barely reasonable to hang around in just swim trunks

-yet still have a few hours of daylight between 72-75 F... (22-24 C)
*which means at minimum, the t-shirt has to be on

-and in the evenings, it's often high 60's F. (19-20 C)
*which means the long pants might be needed before sunset

**These temps were experienced in "windy" or "breezey" conditions; it'd obviously feel a lot better in a windless location.

Vancouver and Seattle has easily gone over a month every year.

I think ketichkan Alaska takes the cake, I believe they have had a stretch of over 100 days of rain.

actually the longest cloudy period in Seattle is 37 days (December 2005-January 2006), but that doesn't happen very often. Usually there are a couple sunny days between the cloudy period

Sydney can indeed get very cloudy during summer which is a downer considering that is when you are most likely to have time off!

Just had the Xmas and New Years break for 2009. In the 8 days I have had off, it has been cloudy and/or raining on each of them. I have been extremely unlucky as had to work Tue and Wed last week (between Xmas and NY) and it was brilliantly sunny on both of them.

So this cloudy spell has lasted for around 10 days so far. Sun is forecast for tomorrow - my first day back at work :-(

Probably a good 3-4 days here in NW Jersey. There's been several cloudy stretches this past year.

I do recall one February either in the 90s or early 00s where it seemed to be always cloudy and rainy. But I was pretty young at the time, so that memory may not be completely accurate.

No complaints from me. I love cloudy weather.

Not too long or else I would've been in a psych ward lol.

From what I can remember I'd say maybe 2 days.
