75 F=midpoint and comfortable
65-74 F=76-85 F Nice
50-65 F=85-95 F Somewhat uncomfortable, but cooler end is pleasant and refreshing.
35-50 F=95-105 F Need Climate control
20-35 F=105-115 F Avoid outside exposure for extended periods.
Below 20 F=Above 115 F Stay locked up Inside at all times. Stock up on supplies. Don't even think of going out.

Assuming that I have appropriate clothing, and it's dry and cloudy with low humidity, I'd say 0F's heat equivalent for my discomfort would be 70F or so. That's not saying much since both are inoffensive temperatures. I'd say 10F is equivalent to 65F, 20F is equivalent to 60F, and so forth according to the same formula. Extrapolating out, my guess is that 100F's discomfort equivalent would be -60F. I've yet to encounter a cold temperature as uncomfortable as even 90F, so I'm really not sure what my discomfort equivalent to 100F or 120F would be in the real world, though I am certain it would have to be well below zero.
15C - 40C is my comf. limit.
20C "chill" is like 35C "heat".
25C "mild breeze" is like 30C "mild heat".
Those values above are for real feel temps, my midpoint is about 27-28 C.
For non-water related sedentary activities:
65-85 F= comfortable
90 F=60 F
95F= 55 F
100 F= 50 F
105 F= 40 F
110 F= 25 F
Haven't experienced anything hotter than 110 F or colder than 25 F. Also all the 100F+ was with low humidity; not sure how bad a "humid 104 F" would feel.
