I don't know, maybe a windy 10C/50F night in a T-shirt would be about as uncomfortable as 35C in the sunshine with no wind.

75 F=midpoint and comfortable
65-74 F=76-85 F Nice
50-65 F=85-95 F Somewhat uncomfortable, but cooler end is pleasant and refreshing.
35-50 F=95-105 F Need Climate control
20-35 F=105-115 F Avoid outside exposure for extended periods.
Below 20 F=Above 115 F Stay locked up Inside at all times. Stock up on supplies. Don't even think of going out.

Highs 26C under direct sunlight are already uncomfortably hot for me, even when it's dry.

A 50 F day is as uncomfortable as a 110 F day for me.

Assuming that I have appropriate clothing, and it's dry and cloudy with low humidity, I'd say 0F's heat equivalent for my discomfort would be 70F or so. That's not saying much since both are inoffensive temperatures. I'd say 10F is equivalent to 65F, 20F is equivalent to 60F, and so forth according to the same formula. Extrapolating out, my guess is that 100F's discomfort equivalent would be -60F. I've yet to encounter a cold temperature as uncomfortable as even 90F, so I'm really not sure what my discomfort equivalent to 100F or 120F would be in the real world, though I am certain it would have to be well below zero.

15C - 40C is my comf. limit.
20C "chill" is like 35C "heat".
25C "mild breeze" is like 30C "mild heat".
Those values above are for real feel temps, my midpoint is about 27-28 C.

This is quite accurate. Except I would change it to -45C and 50C if the cold one had not much wind.

I have experienced both (nearly, 47C is like -40C).

-30C is like 40C though, both bearable.

For non-water related sedentary activities:
65-85 F= comfortable
90 F=60 F
95F= 55 F
100 F= 50 F
105 F= 40 F
110 F= 25 F

Haven't experienced anything hotter than 110 F or colder than 25 F. Also all the 100F+ was with low humidity; not sure how bad a "humid 104 F" would feel.
