I assume we are talking rain, and not just precipitation. Here are least rainy and most rainy places in each province in Canada:
Notes:
There are 1736 weather stations with climate normals.
Henderson Lake, BC is the rainiest place by quite a bit, but doesn't have enough data to generator a climate normal.

EDIT: Where I live now gets 333 mm (13") of rain per year.
Here on the coast we average about 40" of rain that falls between September and April. December and January are the wettest months at about 10" each but it can vary depending on the ENSO or El Nino or PDO or whatever. Last year was just awful for rain but this year we're doing alright (year meaning the rain year that runs from July 1st through June 30th).
Other areas of Humboldt and Del Norte can be much wetter. A very small town in Southern Humboldt called Honeydew can average twice what we get here on the coast
Try 11,500+ in a temperate zone (west of NZ's southern Alps) - and there are probably locations with 16,000 mm.
