The hottest winter I've experienced is here in Orlando. It sure beats the cold and ice that I grew up with but in order to enjoy winter I suffer through six months of unbearable heat.
I haven't experienced a hot "Winter" yet, we are supposed to be going to Miami this Winter and I hope it's hot, the warmest Winter I've probably experienced is one when NYC gets it's usual Winter warm spells which can get us to around 80° a lot of the time, but when you are used to the normal 30's/40's/50's/60's getting close to 80° will feel the same as getting passed 100° in the Summer because your body isn't used to it (I love when this happens).
Not that Thanksgiving is in the winter (I usually travel during the summer), but it was in the 80s when I was down in South Florida.
Up here in Jersey, warmest winter temperatures were probably between 70 and 75.
