It's winter in South Dakota
And the gentle breezes blow
Seventy miles an hour
At twenty-five below.
Oh, how I love South Dakota
when the snow's up to your butt
You take a breath of winter
And your nose gets frozen shut.
Yes, the weather here is wonderful
So I guess I'll hang around
I could never leave South Dakota
Oh, my gosh, I know you are a very happy person right now, enjoy those temps maybe you can save some for the dog days of August, (sorry for bringing that up)!!!
Just got back to South Florida. Record breaking cold. It's 48 right now. Might even get into 30s. Although I would rather be in NY with the snow, I am very happy to have this "cold" right now. Wish I still could sleep under my flannels and down though.
