For September 13th in Vancouver the record high is 23.5°C (1999) and the record low is 3.3°C (1970). The average high is 19.2°C, so only a 4.2°C difference between the average and all-time record high (7.5°C difference for the lows).
Wow really that low? Our September average high is only about 1C higher than yours, yet we have seen high 20s/low 30s temperatures right up to the start of October, and the latest 25C here was on 18th October
