I like humid heat. Nothing like balmy nights.

Heat is miserable regardless of it's dry or humid.

I like it when you can notice that it is humid in summer but not when it is so humid that everything starts getting damp like paper etc. I think a dewpoint of about 18-20C is probably perfect for me

105°F/5% Humidity > 90°F/80% Humidity
(better one)

I like humidity to an extent. My skin dries up really fast, which is not comfortable at all. So very dry heat is not favored.

A high of 81 F with 55 % humidity is ideal in summer.

Yes, I like humidity if the other conditions are the same of dry air. UR above 70% feels good.
I don't want humidity below 50% in any period of the year as it feels roasting in summer and bitter cold in winter, also it produces large diurnal ranges.

When the humidity is low, the dew point is low. When the dew point is low, thunderstorms don't form. When thunderstorms don't form, you feel depressed about the weather. And when you feel depressed about the weather, you write angry rants on city-data. Don't write angry rants on city-data.

Rain is not always 100% humidity. It can rain at 20% humidity, it just can't not precipitate at 100%
