These fires are proof that even California climate is not perfect.

Seriously, these fires happen every year, just like tornadoes in Tornado Alley and floods along the Mississippi river, or hurricanes on the Gulf Coast and eastern seaboard.

Perfect for some people maybe, very boring for others! Mrmarbles has it right, there is no area of the US that doesn't have some major weather threat, may not happen all the time but possibility is always there.

Just great. The last thing California needs is more heat drought and wildfires........as if COVID-19 isn’t bad enough in addition to the corruption that has plagued that state.....,

Just wait until this guy finds out about what's happening to the US government, especially considering the president originally wanted to deny support for the state because they weren't part of his "voter base"...

Anyways, the increasing prevalence of wildfires in California is an interesting combination of fire suppression efforts, climate change, and increasing population. Here's a good article about it.
