A lot of rain today, a thunderstorm in Manchester at "work", unfortunately I didn't see the lightning properly as I was inside. When I came home I was told there was a "huge storm" here in Buxton and it certainly looks like it, you can see by the way stuff like leaves and small branches have been scattered on the road how rivers of water went crashing down the hill.

Yes ( central Minnesota)

We're lucky here as areas of southern Minnesota have gotton 6-9 inches and have flooding.

We got .25 so far.

Glad you are not under water Marmac, we've lucked out in my immediate area but not so west of Green Bay, I hear. We had 2", some of the rain totals are in the 6-9 range also in other areas.
